Cleanliness and good location

Location and staff were quite good.

The air compressor outside the room is making quite a racket all night

24 hour reception was great as our flight arrived around midnight and we were able to check in with no issues. Location is great to explore the old town section of Phuket. Room was clean and comfortable. Free bottles of water given daily. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

It would have been nice to have a water boiler in the room but at least there was one near the reception.

Absence of mirror in the room, balcony was too small

Well situated place.. Good and helpfull staff....I went for vacations and had a peaceful time to ress without being disturb....just leave there yesterday..

It was really nice located , clean and comfortable. Honestly I have no complaints at all. It was a very nice short stay.

Perfect for few night, close enough, cheap and clean

It was a very good budget friendly option. We only stayed the one night but everything was good, the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel is also located close enough to everything in the old town

The hotel was in a fab location, just off Krabi road. It was VERY secure. The staff were really helpful, and really friendly.

Rooms very clean, staff very friendly. Short walk to local restaurants and bars. Great value for money. Was exactly what we needed for a short stay.

Its a new hotel, but its great. Nice and simple and near to many places. Will definitely stay here again if come to Phuket.

A bit sad because the card for the room only have 1. When husband want to go downstairs for smoking need to take the card and the aircond will reset back and need to wait a long time for the aircond to be cool again.

Room was very clean, comfortable, good wifi, i can recomend for short stay, just wandering around Old Phuket Town, walking distance, good restaurant near by.

The room was clean and tidy but the window was tightly closed and couldn’t open.

Its location is close to the old town. The room was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed there. It's really good value for money. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet, friendly staffs, good wifi and good location

Very simple, clean room with tinyyyy balcony. About 15mins walk to the middle of old town and loads of restaurants and shops in the way. Security in the parking lot at night. Very similar to IBIS hotels in Europe.

Weren’t able to check in any earlier but could leave our luggage.

Very clean and bright. Away from the traffic. Slept very well.

Weak wifi from level 4 but that’s all.

Very clean and the room was quiet. Bed was comfortable enough. Coffee machine near reception, although you can only use it in the morning I think. Good enough room for 1 or 2 nights.

There was no hot water from the tap or shower. No safe in the room, although there is one at reception you can use.
